WesTrac – Retail and Office Refurbishments

AS ONE OF THE WORLD’S LEADING CATERPILLAR DEALERS, WESTRAC UNDERTOOK THE RETAIL EXPANSION OF THEIR REID ROAD PROPERTY AT PERTH AIRPORT. THE AIM WAS TO EXPAND THE CURRENT RETAIL OFFERING THROUGH CREATION OF MARKET SEGMENT OUTLETS WHERE CLIENTS CAN VIEW MACHINERY AND ATTACHMENTS AND PLACE SALES ORDERS.

Features of this project include:

• Working collaboratively with the client, several areas of value engineering were investigated to achieve budgets.
• Maintain “business as usual” for all existing WesTrac employees and customers.
• Polished concrete test patches were undertaken to provide client approvals prior to grinding the entire front of house area.
• Design on new entry auto doors to facilitate Caterpillar machinery to be located within the showroom.
• New breakout area for admin staff and security upgrades for the back of house areas
