The Saleyard, Midland – Stage 2

LOCATED ON THE SITE OF THE FORMER MIDLAND SALEYARDS WA, THE SALEYARD IS A LARGE FORMAT RETAIL CENTRE. HOSKINS WERE AWARDED STAGE 2 OF THE DEVELOPMENT WHICH INCLUDES BUILDING 7 (7,250M2 LARGE FORMAT RETAIL) AND BUILDING 8 (420M2 FOOD AND BEVERAGE TENANCIES, LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAGE 1 CAR PARK).

 Features of this project include:

• Undertaking extensive soil remediation due to pre-existing contamination from previous use.
• Construction of over 7,500m2 of concrete tilt construction over 2 sites located within a live and operational retail precinct.
• Landscaping and alfresco dining to designated areas.
• 2,500m2 loading dock facilities including fire tanks and associated pump room.
• Facilitate tenant fit out during final stages of construction and undertake Cat1 land lord works for incoming tenants as well as enabling fit out works for new tenants RSEA and Repco.
