The Rosemount Hotel Courtyard

After working with the owners of the Rosemount, the Hoskins team undertook the invasive renovation to the rear courtyard. Significant planning and engineered hoardings were utilised to ensure trade could continue throughout the programme.

Deep excavation for drainage and structural footings were completed behind the hoardings, with the courtyard nearly doubling in size and capacity, whilst maintaining the original feel and charm of the original courtyard.

The completed stage of work has added to the amazing offering of the hotel, to which the locals enjoy!
