HAWAIIAN – Head Office Fitout

FOLLOWING A NUMBER OF SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS WITHIN THE PARMELIA HILTON HOTEL FOR HAWAIIAN, HOSKINS CONTRACTING WERE SELECTED TO CONSTRUCT THE NEW HAWAIIAN PERTH OFFICE LOCATED IN A NEW PURPOSE BUILT MUILTI-LEVEL BUILDING ON ST GEORGES TERRACE, PERTH.

Features of this project include an extensive collaboration with the client to work through VE cost options and FF&E selections.

We worked collaboratively alongside the base building construction team, to commence fit out works whilst the main building was still being built. We also worked closely with the client on programme constraints and deliverables to enable early occupation. Hoskins Contracting designed and delivered the collaborative tiered seating zone to enable structural compliance.
