Fortescue Abernethy Road Facility Office Fit Out

THIS RECENT PROJECT SAW THE COMPLETION OF OVER 1,500M2 OF COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE AT FORTESCUE’S ABERNETHY RD FACILITY.

Having completed a recent previous Fortescue fit out, our understanding of the deliverables assisted in ensuring our focus was on the details expected from the Fortescue delivery team.

Major upgrades were undertaken within the office tenancy for compliance and finishes. All ceilings, walls and floor finishes were replaced, as well as new energy efficient lighting and mechanical services to bring the building up to current standards and efficiencies.

Working closely with the Fortescue delivery team, Hoskins undertook a value engineering phase, where various elements of the build were examined, and alternatives put forward to reduce programme and budgets.

A new compliant staircase was installed as well as large staff hub.
