Starting life as a petrol station 60 years ago, a lot of work was required to transform the space to something that fully represents Di Bella Coffee. Due to the precision of the design and the poor state of the existing building, open communication was required with both the designer and the client so that we could offer practical solutions and resolve details. This allowed the programme to be met while meeting all expectations for quality of finish.
The interior is a highly detailed and highly designed industrial space, featuring steel windows and doors, art glass, timber cladding and bulkheads, timber joinery, polished concrete bench tops and floors, a commercial kitchen, coffee roaster, cool room and custom light fittings. Our works also included all external works, re-roofing, structural repairs and structural steel awnings.
