This project involved the high grade commercial fit out for the university’s finance department. The accelerated programme of only eight weeks meant that careful programming was required from the commencement of the project to maintain control and complete the works in line with the client’s dates for departmental relocations. Having a strong project team full time on site allowed us to quickly incorporate changes in scope, as well as provide continual communication with the design team to identify and resolve design issues and latent conditions before they could impede the works on site.
