With an accelerated programme and major demolition of masonry walls directly above the Vice Chancellor’s office, this commercial fit out certainly had its challenges. We worked closely with the design team and the client to ensure that the tight schedule was met to allow the university’s Legal, Risk, Audit, Integrity and Secretariat departments to move in immediately upon completion, and that all risks were mitigated to avoid delays. Coupled with our collaborative, flexible approach, fully supervised out of hours work on site allowed the project to be completed with minimal disruption.
