CONTINUING ON FROM THE RECENT 167SGT NEW END OF TRIP FACILITIES CONSTRUCTED FOR BUILDING OWNERS PEAKSTONE, THE HOSKINS TEAM TOOK AN OPEN BOOK APPROACH TO THE RECLADDING PROJECT AT 167SGT. THE PROJECT WAS UNDERTAKEN WITHIN ONE OF PERTHS BUSIEST PRECINCTS, AS WELL AS BEING THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING.
Features of this project include:
Work closely with all stakeholders to develop cost plans to enable finalisation of project budgets ahead of construction commencing on site.
The design and construct nature of the project required engagement with the services trades to complete required documentation and to meet the architects design brief.
Highly disruptive works to the buildings main entry lobby were scheduled out side of normal operations of the building so as to limit any disruption to tenants and visitors alike. With works occurring just metres from Brookfield Place, any closures to the promenade deck were cearefully scheduled and cooridinated.
