WORKING CLOSELY WITH TOUCHSTONE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUILDING OWNERS PEAKSTONE, HOSKINS CONTRACTING WERE ENGAGED UNDER AN ECI APPROACH TO WORK THROUGH DESIGN AND COST BUDGETS FOR THE NEW END OF TRIP FACILITIES TO BE LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THIS PREMIUM ASSET.

Several cost plans were developed as the design evolved and concepts further explored.
As one of Peakstone’s prime assets in Perth, the market of tenants was a focus of the high level of finishes and planning that evolved with the final design.
A new entry was constructed off the main lobby which provided direct access from the new facilities into the buildings main lift lobby.
All new services were installed as the space was previously a tenanted as commercial.
