AS PART OF TENANT NEGOTIATIONS, HOSKINS WERE ENGAGED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY OF A NEW UNIQUE END OF TRIP FACILITY AND BIKE STORE WITHIN THE EXISTING UNDERCROFT CARPARK OF THE BUILDING IN WEST PERTH.

Features of this project include:

• Bringing all new services to the new facility, including all supple and waste for hydraulics and mechanical within the undercroft car park.
• Ensure all new structure was in exact alignment with the documentation as minimum clearances and tolerances were critical for compliance and usability.
• Maintain full access to the car park for the existing tenants with little to no disruptions.
• Programme and long lead time finishes were workshopped to achieve practical completion ahead of Christmas.
• Working closely with specialist subcontractors to ensure exacting details were achieved.
