THE GARDEN, LEEDERVILLE – REFURBISHMENT

Located almost next door to our office and amid the vibrant Leederville cafe strip, we carried out the external works refurbishment within The Garden within a live environment. Works included major demolition and structural works to expand the raised decking, to increase the amount of undercover area and to increase the amount of seating available to this busy venue. All works took place whilst The Garden continued to trade. We had daily meetings to plan our works in detail and to ensure that we did not disrupt operations or create safety issues, and to ensure that the area was clean and tidy at all times.
