COAL RIVER PANTRY – CLAREMONT SHOPPING CENTRE

WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE CLIENT (COAL RIVER FARM) AND BOX ARCHITECTS, WE UNDERTOOK A DETAILED COST PLANNING EXERCISE TO DEVELOP THE BUDGET LED DESIGN TO MEET BOTH THE CLIENT AND SHOPPING CENTRE’S BRIEF AND REQUIREMENTS.

Features of this project include:

• Extensive cost planning and design development process to facilitate budget approvals.
• Close collaboration with key trades to progress design detail and buildability requirements with a focus on landlord requirements.
• Programme and long lead time finishes were workshopped to achieve the retail opening ahead of Christmas.
• All works undertaken within a live operating up market retail centre within metres of a major supermarket.
