BUILDING OWNERS, PRIMEWEST CENTURIA ON BEHALF OF THEIR TENANT, BECHTEL ENGAGED HOSKINS CONTRACTING VIA AN ECI METHOD OF PROCUREMENT TO WORK THROUGH A CONDENSED PROGRAMME, DESIGN BUILDABILITY AND MAINTAIN A STRICT NEGOTIATED BUDGET FOR DESIGN, DEMOLITION AND FIT OUT OF THE NEW BECHTEL FULL FLOOR TENANCY AT 140 ST GEORGES TERRACE, PERTH.
Through the eci period our project team worked closely with the building owner, tenant, designer, and services consultants to capture all elements of the project and build the construction budget to meet the programme and finite budget.
The eci period completed the design documentation and allowed the construction budget to drive deliverables to meet the building owners budget and programme.
This also included full floor demolition of the existing tenancy and construction fit out of new offices, meeting rooms, staff breakout and open plan work zones.
